Completed development plan procedures
The development plans with explanatory statement (only in the case of newer plans also with a summary statement) are available for inspection by anyone from the day of publication. Information on the content of the documents will be provided on request.
A copy of the development plan can be purchased in print or as a PDF file for a fee of 35 euros.
All plans and documents shown on these pages are for non-binding information purposes in accordance with Section 10a (2) of the German Building Code (BauGB). Only the plans and documents available for inspection at the building office are legally binding.
They can therefore be inspected by telephone on 09281 / 815 - 1511 or by e-mail to stadtplanung(a)stadt-hof.de.
Note: The laws, ordinances and DIN standards listed in the development plan can be inspected at the Department of Urban Planning, room no. 106, if interested.
In the geoportal of the city of Hof you will find all legally binding development plans and can find the valid development plan for an address or parcel number.
