Geoportal of the city of Hof
The geoportal offers the possibility of visually displaying or researching the current city map, the land use plan and all legally binding development plans. To use the geoportal, please refer to the explanation and the legal information.
Urban land-use planning
Explanation
Under the topic selection "Urban land use planning" in the geoportal, you can find the land use plan or, if applicable, the legally binding development plan for an address or a parcel number.
To do this, select either the "Land use plan" or "Development plans" button in the topic tree under "View" and then enter the address in the search. Alternatively, you can also search for a development plan number or a parcel number.
The areas marked in beige in the geoportal indicate areas with legally binding development plans.
Use the "Indentify" tool to select the development plan by clicking on the area marked in beige. In the "Topic result" at the bottom of the map, you can then download the documents as PDF files in the "Development plan", "Reasons" and "Summary declaration" columns.

- Information and printouts of legally binding development plans can be obtained for a fee from the Urban Planning Department at stadtplanung(at)stadt-hof.de.
