This is why we attach great importance to the targeted and constructive participation of the people of Hof and numerous stakeholders in our city in these projects and processes. Until the end of 2023, all residents of Hof are invited to submit their ideas and comments on our online participation platform. Simply click on the link below in the blue bar or the yellow button at the top of the page.

The results to date will also be exhibited in the Technical Town Hall. They can be viewed during regular opening hours and commented on with sticky notes. What is an integrated urban development concept?
An IUDC describes the development of an urban area over several years and defines guiding principles, objectives, fields of action and measures. It serves as the basis for individual decisions by the city council, the acquisition of funding and the continuous review of development forecasts. The aim is to create a sustainable and high-quality living space for everyone by developing a comprehensive framework plan that takes into account all urban issues and formulates specific goals for the coming years.
The basis of the ISEK is a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and current developments as well as forecasts, urban planning and economic data and social infrastructure. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks for the various subject areas are derived from this. Fields of action and specific measures can then be developed and key projects identified for implementation.
